Sycamore Glen, also known as Sycamore Glen Kettering Health Senior Living, has served the Greater Dayton area since the 1970s. Originally opened to provide care for retired Kettering Health employees, our beautifully landscaped senior living community is now welcoming to all. Among these is their expertise in senior living, with Community First Solutions Senior Living managing several senior communities throughout the Dayton and Cincinnati areas. CFS is passionate about community and proudly collaborates with mission-minded organizations to deliver remarkable care.
As our management partner, Community First Solutions supports our Sycamore Glen campus by providing strategic and operational leadership and bringing the breadth of their legacy and the depth of their expertise to our programming and practices. CFS will provide expertise and management oversight to support our Kettering Health Senior Living Team.

Community First Solutions has a long, rich, established history of meeting the needs of older adults throughout the area. Headquartered in Butler County, Ohio, they’re a network of nonprofits, unified by a clear mission, bringing care to tens of thousands through their many services and facilities, including health and wellness, older-adult housing, behavioral health, pharmacy services, and childhood education.
In fact, CFS is already a trusted partner of Kettering Health’s. They have a long history of partnering with Kettering Health Hamilton to improve community wellness. And they partner with Kettering Health Hamilton to provide excellent post-acute rehabilitation services to patients.
